Terms of Service

The Basics

By using Doggy Dose ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What You Get

We give you a license to use the app on your devices. The app requires iCloud to function. Data syncs through your own Apple iCloud account and can be shared with household members you invite.

Medical Disclaimer

Doggy Dose is a tracking tool, not a medical device. The app helps you track when medications are given but does not provide medical advice. Always follow your veterinarian's instructions. We are not responsible for:

• Missed or incorrect doses
• Medication scheduling errors
• Any harm to your pet from medication use
• Decisions made based on app data

Consult your veterinarian for all pet health decisions.

What We Don't Do

• We don't warranty the app for any particular purpose
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or sync reliability
• We don't access or backup your data (it's in your iCloud)
• We don't provide data recovery if you delete something
• We don't verify accuracy of medication information you enter

Your Responsibilities

• You own your content (pet photos, medication info, etc.)
• Verify all medication information is correct
• Don't use the app for anything illegal
• You're responsible for your own iCloud account
• You're responsible for who you invite to your household
• If you're under 13, use the app with parental supervision

Household Sharing

When you share your household:

• All members can view and modify shared data
• All members receive notifications about dose activity
• Changes sync to all members in real-time
• You control who has access to your household

Pricing

Doggy Dose is free. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no hidden costs.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages from using or not being able to use the app, including but not limited to harm to your pet. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us (which is $0).

Termination

You can stop using the app anytime. Use "Delete All Data" in Settings to remove your data. We can terminate or modify the service anytime, though we'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes.

Changes

We might update these terms. We'll post changes here. Keep using the app means you accept the new terms.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Washington State law. Any disputes will be handled in Washington courts.
