Terms of Service

The Basics

By using Snap, Tag, Do ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What You Get

We give you a license to use the app on your devices. The free version stores data locally. The premium version adds iCloud sync through your own Apple account.

What We Don't Do

• We don't warranty the app for any particular purpose
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We don't access or backup your data (it's on your device or your iCloud)
• We don't provide data recovery if you delete something

Your Responsibilities

• You own your content
• Don't use the app for anything illegal
• You're responsible for your own iCloud account and backups
• If you're under 13, you can still use the app (we don't collect data anyway)

Premium Subscription

If you purchase premium:

• Payment goes through Apple's App Store
• Cancel anytime through your Apple account
• Refunds follow Apple's policies, not ours
• Family Sharing supported where available

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages from using or not being able to use the app. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (likely $0 for most users).

Termination

You can stop using the app anytime. Delete it and your local data goes with it. We can terminate or modify the service anytime, though we'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes.

Changes

We might update these terms. We'll post changes here. Keep using the app means you accept the new terms.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Washington State law. Any disputes will be handled in Washington courts.
